Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ReAlign ("Service"), an AI-powered workplace conflict coaching tool offered by GoalsHabitsSkills, LLC ("GHS," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so only to the extent you enter into agreements on its behalf. Individual employees do not bind their employers merely by accepting these Terms for personal use.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. The Service is intended for workplace and professional contexts.
2. What ReAlign does
ReAlign guides users through structured preparation and planning for workplace conflict conversations. It may include a Preparation Coach, a Resolution Coach, conversation history, summaries, and organization-sponsored access. Features may change over time. The Service does not communicate with another party or mediate a dispute unless a feature expressly states otherwise.
3. Important limitations and sensitive situations
ReAlign offers educational coaching and decision support, not legal advice, HR representation, an employment investigation, therapy, clinical care, or professional mediation. AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for particular circumstances. You remain responsible for evaluating guidance and deciding what to do. Seek qualified advice when needed.
Do not rely on ReAlign in emergencies, imminent danger, threats of violence, or urgent mental health crises; contact emergency services or appropriate local resources. For discrimination, harassment, retaliation, threats, or other conduct requiring formal action, consider appropriate HR, legal, regulatory, or organizational reporting channels. Using ReAlign does not replace or extend any reporting deadline.
4. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your credentials to the extent permitted by law. Organization-provided access may be suspended or removed by the sponsoring organization. We may take reasonable measures to protect accounts and the Service.
5. Privacy, coaching confidentiality, and organizational access
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information, coaching content, usage data, and requests to access or delete data. Individual coaching conversations are intended to remain private from organizational administrators; organization dashboards, if enabled, may show aggregated or de-identified usage information and themes, not individual conversation transcripts. Such reporting must be designed to reduce re-identification risk, particularly for small groups.
Exceptions may include content you choose to share, disclosures required by law, and narrowly authorized operational or security access as described in the Privacy Policy. No service can guarantee absolute confidentiality or security. Organization-specific agreements may supplement these Terms, but must not silently override privacy promises made to individual users.
6. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain rights you have in information you submit. You grant GHS and its service providers a limited, nonexclusive right to host, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service consistent with the Privacy Policy. We do not use coaching content to train AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you lack authority to share; minimize third-party identifiers and sensitive information.
ReAlign's software, branding, designs, and proprietary materials belong to GHS or its licensors. You may use generated outputs for your lawful personal or internal professional purposes, subject to third-party rights and these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use ReAlign to threaten, harass, discriminate, retaliate, impersonate others, fabricate evidence, violate others' privacy, or facilitate unlawful conduct. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload malware, scrape the Service, or misuse the AI system. We may restrict activity reasonably believed to violate these Terms or endanger others.
8. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid plans, pricing, billing periods, and applicable taxes will be disclosed at checkout. If you enroll in an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed frequency until cancellation. Any free-trial duration, requirement to provide a payment method, date of first charge, and conversion to a paid subscription must be clearly disclosed before enrollment. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, the trial begins when you add it, and your first charge is made when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
An account owner or administrator can cancel in Settings → Billing → Manage billing, which opens the secure billing portal of our payment processor, Stripe, or by contacting us through our contact page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law. Payments are non-refundable, subject to applicable law. If you switch between monthly and annual billing, or remove members from an annual plan, unused time is credited to your account balance and applied to future invoices; credits are not paid out as cash. We will give advance notice of material price changes and obtain any consent required by law. Enterprise billing may be governed by a separate written agreement.
9. Availability, beta features, and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Beta or experimental functionality may change or be discontinued. We may modify features or suspend access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or material misuse. We will provide reasonable notice when practicable.
10. Account closure and data handling
You may request account closure and access to your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Subject to verification, applicable law, and technical limitations, we aim to delete account and coaching content within 30 days after an eligible deletion request, while limited security audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days. You can export your data from Settings → Privacy before closing your account. Database backups are kept for 7 days, so deleted information may remain in backups until they expire. Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations or provisions that reasonably survive.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted service or the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated guidance. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify GHS against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, intentional misconduct, or infringement of third-party rights, excluding claims caused by GHS's own wrongful conduct.
13. Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first through our contact page to seek an informal resolution. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post an updated date and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes, including by email or in-app notification where appropriate. If a material change requires your affirmative consent under law, we will request it.
