How seats work
You’re included
The base price covers you, the account owner, so on your own you pay only the base price.
Pay for people who join
Invite members after you sign up. Each one is a seat once they accept, so an invitation still waiting for an answer is free.
Change any time
Add or remove members any time: seats you add are prorated for the rest of the billing period, and a member you remove stops being billed from your next period.

If you pay annually, a seat you add is charged right away for the rest of your year, and the unused time of a member you remove is credited to your account and applied to your next invoices. Credit is not paid out as cash.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes. You add a card through Stripe when you sign up, and your 7 days start once it is saved. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your card is charged for the base price plus a seat for each member, and your subscription carries on. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. You will see a reminder in the app before the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
Organization admins can cancel at any time from Billing in Settings, which opens the secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
How do seats work?
The base price covers you as the account owner. Every additional active member adds one seat at the per-member price. An invitation that has not been accepted costs nothing. Seats you add are prorated; when you remove a member, that seat is no longer billed from your next billing period. If you pay annually, a seat you add is charged right away for the rest of your year, and the unused time of a member you remove is credited to your account and applied to your next invoices. Credit is not paid out as cash.
Where do I find my invoices?
Organization admins can view and download invoices, and update the payment method, in the billing portal. Payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details never reach ReAlign.
